With luck there will be spring

Annual Luck O' The Lake celebration this Saturday.

Hey Winter, we're done with you. St. Patty's Day is here and it's time for you to go. We want to run, or walk, or simply stand around and people watch at the annual Luck O' The Lake event, without mittens. We want to see the streets flooded with green-clad locals, and watch in awe as the young ladies' curls bounce with every Irish step they dance. We want to try the corned beef, wash it down with green beer and top that off with a box of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, while listening to live music. That's all. That's all we want. And we want to do this with you, Winter, as a fond memory. A memory we look forward to visiting again, but not until December.
